Pleasantly surprised with my stay at this resort. My request for a high floor, quiet room overlooking the pool was fulfilled. The staff were friendly, and the grounds were beautifully kept. The Brazilian restaurant was a favorite! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I loved the location, being just a short walk away from the beautiful beach. The hotel facilities were great, with multiple pools, fun activities, and even a theater. The staff was friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the well-designed layout made it easy to navigate. Additionally, the gulf cart pickup service was a genius idea, ensuring convenience throughout the day.

The resort is massive with 24-hour train service and a wide variety of food at the buffet. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are spacious and well-maintained with beautiful views. The all-inclusive dining options are diverse and impressive, with top-shelf drinks available at the bars.

The hotel grounds were absolutely stunning, filled with a variety of birds and wildlife. It was a paradise for children, offering a great deal of fun and entertainment. Additionally, the beautiful beach, despite some seaweed, was well-maintained and offered a picturesque setting.

The cleanliness of the rooms and the overall housekeeping service left much to be desired. On arrival, the room was dirty, with stained bed sheets and a moldy smell coming from the toilet.

had an amazing stay at Princess in Punta Cana! The food, drinks, and service were top-notch. Rooms were spacious and clean. Great for families with kids. Pools were clean and no issues with getting into restaurants. Loved the variety of food options and the beautiful grounds.

The resort offers a wide range of activities including tennis, archery, Spanish classes, salsa dancing, and aqua-gym. The three big swimming pools and beautiful beachfront location with palm trees create a picturesque setting. The resort has amazing bars with delicious drinks and friendly bartenders. The Higuero buffet offers a vast variety of fresh and tasty food options. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic, making the stay enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at this beachside hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beautiful beach. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a gulf cart pickup service available throughout the day and night - a genius idea considering the size of the hotel. Additionally, there were plenty of activities for the kids to enjoy. The staff, especially Julia Aquino in the Lobby, Teresa at the Brazilian restaurant, and Mr. Mosquera, were all incredibly kind and considerate.

My family and I had a fantastic time during our short holiday at Tropical Deluxe Princess. The hotel's location is great and family-friendly, making it perfect for our needs. The reception and lounge area of the hotel are modern and elegant, and the staff, especially Kelvin and Juan from the animation team, were very attentive. The Brazilian restaurant was amazing, and the overall food quality was excellent. The entertainment, particularly the Dominican show, was awesome. The grounds of the hotel are peaceful and beautiful, providing a relaxing atmosphere. We truly loved every minute of our stay here and would highly recommend this hotel.

The beach was incredible, with beautiful waves and stunning sunrises. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, although some had difficulty with English. the hotel grounds were well-maintained, with two large and beautiful pools, one of which had a swim-up bar.

Some of the rooms were dated and in need of repairs. There was also a language barrier with some of the staff, but Google Translate came in handy.

Located on top of a beautiful cave, the hotel has direct access to the beach. The Brazilian restaurant served delicious food, complemented by the friendly staff. The hotel accommodates only two a la carte restaurants, unfortunately, nowhere near what we were hoping for.

The WiFi only works in the reception area, which is a disadvantage for guests who enjoy accessing the internet.

The value for our money was great, and the room was spacious and well updated. The location was fantastic, and the staff treated us with exceptional service.

The breakfast menu could have had more variety.

Had a great New Year's at this resort! It was awesome that they offered complementary drinks and champagne at the New Year's Eve party. the location was perfect, with a beautiful beach and great pools. We also enjoyed the nightly shows at the resort.

There were a lot of mosquitoes in the area which were quite bothersome. We had to take extra precautions and apply bug spray constantly to avoid getting bitten.
