We loved our stay here! This place is located only a block away from the beach, in a great area. The service, room amenities, and dining options were fantastic. We especially enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and the spa centre. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The free airport shuttle was very convenient.

Although we had a few minor issues with our dinner experience at the hotel restaurant, the overall stay was outstanding. The high standard of the room, the excellent breakfast included in the room rate, and the warm ambiance made our stay truly memorable.

This hotel is a fantastic Christmas destination! the complimentary hot chocolate and cookies by the fireplace were delightful. the hotel is very close to the beach and the shopping district, which was perfect for last-minute shopping. there is a lovely pool area and the staff is friendly and helpful.

That the rooms were a bit small for a family of four, but we managed to fit in comfortably. But apart from that, our Christmas stay was a memorable and fantastic experience.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Balandra for our vacation. The location was perfect, with a clean and convenient beach just a short walk away. The buffet style breakfast had a great variety of options, from fresh fruit and juices to a omelet station. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially our tour guide and driver, Andres Zavala, who took excellent care of us. The hotel and restaurant were top-notch, making our stay truly enjoyable.
