The hotel is in a perfect location, right in the center of everything. It is very close to the historical center of Quito, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are well-appointed and the bathrooms are clean. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they even prepared a breakfast-to-go for guests who had to leave early.

The hotel could improve on its English language proficiency, as it is an international hotel and being able to communicate fluently with guests is important.

I had a wonderful stay at San Agustin! the hosts were friendly and accommodating, assisting with all our needs. They even allowed us to store our luggage and arranged airport transportation. the showers were amazing and the breakfast was giant. the location was perfect for exploring the old city. it was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend San Agustin.

This hotel perfectly captures the charm of the historic center with its quirky and fun decor. The rooms on the third floor offer stunning views that are worth the climb up the stairs. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring a warm and welcoming stay. And the location couldn't be better, just a short stroll from Plaza Grande and the vibrant LaRonda street.

We arrived early at the hotel and were pleasantly surprised to find that our room was already ready. The staff greeted us with a smile and assisted us with our luggage. The room was spacious and clean, just as advertised. Although the view was slightly different from what we expected, it was still interesting. The room also had a safe for our belongings, which gave us peace of mind. Despite not having a daily towel change, we had no issues with missing items during our 10-night stay. Communication with the staff, despite the language barrier, was not a problem. We were able to communicate our wishes and requests using a dictionary. The breakfast was satisfactory, with fresh fruits being a highlight.

The location in the historic area was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the Plaza Grande and the rest of the old town. The snacks and complimentary water in the room were a nice touch.
