The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown Guayaquil. I could easily walk to the iguana park, cathedral, and malecon/waterfront. Plus, there were plenty of shops and attractions nearby. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a wide variety of choices. the hotel facilities and services met all my needs, making my stay enjoyable and convenient.

We had an amazing stay at Oro Verde in Guayaquil. Fernando, the star receptionist, provided the best check-in experience ever. Despite arriving before check-in time, Fernando quickly arranged for our room and personally delivered the key to us while we were having lunch. the room itself was spacious, tastefully decorated, and spotlessly clean. the hotel's location was perfect, with a beautiful view of the park. We also enjoyed the incredible breakfast buffet with its fresh and varied options. the staff were super helpful and even assisted us in arranging transportation to Vilcabamba. We've already recommended this hotel to friends and family. It's truly a great place to start your journey in Ecuador.

We had a fantastic one-night stay at this hotel. The cleanliness and hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect, as we were able to easily walk to the Unipark, Malecón Boardwalk, and the breathtaking Cathedral. The breakfast provided was absolutely wonderful and the staff were friendly and helpful.
