My room was not as spacious as I had hoped, but the front desk ensured a smooth airport transfer, even going above and beyond to arrange alternative transportation when needed. the central location also made exploring the city convenient. Overall, a decent stay.

Great location, within walking distance to major sites and close to shopping stores. the breakfast was satisfying, and the well, maintained bathroom was a plus during my stay.

The unclean bed sheets and extremely poor Wi, Fi connection made communication challenging. Additionally, the lack of mobile signal in the room made it impossible to make regular calls, adding to the frustration of the stay.

For a weekend getaway, my recent stay at Cosmopolitan was impressive. the historic architecture, friendly staff like Madonna and Amany, and delicious breakfast with made-to-order eggs were highlights. the rooms were clean and beautifully remodeled with comfortable furnishings, herringbone tile flooring, and modern amenities. the convenient location for exploring downtown and amazing shopping opportunities added to the charm of this lovely hotel.

The hotel's location in the town center is excellent, with easy access to local shops and attractions. the staff, especially Ms. Selma, provided exceptional service from check-in to check-out. the rooms were kept spotless by the attentive housekeeping team led by Said/Salim and Ms. Hada.
