We had an amazing stay at Grand Palace. the hotel is only a year old but has a charming and historic feel. the staff were all brilliant, from the friendly and helpful reception workers to the fun bar staff. the service was top-notch and the beach and swimming pool were perfect. the view was unbelievable and the junior suite with direct pool access was fantastic. Despite some limitations due to the hotel operating at reduced capacity, the food options were plentiful and the quality was above average for an all-inclusive resort. We would highly recommend Grand Palace for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. 5/5.

The beach at Grand Palace was absolutely amazing, with crystal-clear waters and a beautiful view. We loved spending our days there, enjoying the sun and the excellent service provided by the staff. The swimming pool was also perfect for a refreshing dip. Our room, a Junior Suite with direct pool access, was fantastic and added a luxurious touch to our stay. The hotel design was impressive and really added to the overall experience. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, especially Mr. Ibrahim El Naggar from F&B who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to stores, supermarkets, and PCR test centers.

While the beach and pool were great, we did experience some hassle from vendors trying to sell us things.

the service was impeccable; the staff went above and beyond to cater to our every need. the spa and wellness centre was excellent, offering a wide range of treatments. the swimming pool was inviting, with comfortable sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the beach access was easy and convenient, leading to a great spot with plenty of sun loungers and shallow end of the pool.

The only minor issue we experienced was limited options for dinner. While the restaurant offered special diet menus, the choices were limited.

Spending Xmas was a great experience at this hotel. the pools were amazing and so was the food. They even offered complementary drinks and snacks by the pool. the hotel was situated near the beach and had a stunning view of the coast. the staff was very helpful and attentive, they always made sure you had everything you needed.

The air conditioning didn't work properly and the cleanliness of the room wasn't up to par. There were also no coffee or tea facilities in the room.

As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe and well taken care of throughout my stay. The staff was accommodating and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel grounds were immaculate, and the rooms were beautifully designed. The restaurant offered a variety of high-quality food options.
