The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any requests or provide information about the city. The location of the hotel was also a plus, as it was within walking distance to popular tourist attractions like the Egyptian museum and downtown area. the hotel offered a complimentary airport pickup, which was convenient and saved us some extra expenses.

The beds in the hotel were not very comfortable, which made it a bit difficult to get a good night's sleep. Another downside was that the door for the terrace in our room couldn't close properly, allowing mosquitoes to enter the room.

I had a really great stay at this hotel! The staff were super friendly and attentive to my needs, particularly when it came to organizing airport transfers and tours around the city. The room I stayed in was also really nice, with a breathtaking view of the surrounding area, including Old Cairo. And to top it off, the breakfast was amazing with a unique view of the Nile River!

All was perfectly fine and I had a wonderful stay.

The breakfast and staff were amazing! I loved the variety of food, especially the freshly squeezed juices. the location is unbeatable - walking distance to all the main attractions and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. the highlight was definitely the free walking tour provided by the hostel. It was informative and fun, and gave me a great introduction to the city.

The rooms were a bit cramped, but that’s to be expected in a hostel. the showers were also not the cleanest, but they were still functional.

They even went the extra mile to arrange tours for me, ensuring I had a hassle-free experience exploring the pyramids and other attractions. The cleanliness of the rooms and the delicious breakfast served every morning were additional highlights of my stay. Despite a couple of minor inconveniences such as a stinky mattress and noisy roommates, I would still highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and convenient location. I had a wonderful time and would definitely consider staying here again in the future.
