During my stay at Jaz Makadi Saraya Palms, I had an unexpected issue with the AC, TV, and refrigerator in my room. However, the hotel staff were quick to respond and resolve the problem, ensuring my comfort and satisfaction. The main meals buffet offered a great variety and delicious options, making dining a delightful experience. The beach, with its delicious snacks buffet and helpful staff, provided a relaxing and enjoyable time. I had a pleasant stay at the hotel.

Although there were a few minor maintenance issues and the snacks buffet could be improved, these did not significantly impact my overall experience. I would still recommend this hotel to others.

The family rooms at the hotel are incredibly spacious, larger than any other hotel I've ever stayed in. The price is definitely worth it, as it includes three meals, drinks, access to the water park, and a choice of seven restaurants. The beach and all the services provided are excellent. There are plenty of activities to enjoy throughout the day, and I want to express my gratitude to Mr. Emad and Mr. Khalid for their assistance.
