I chose this hotel for attending a convention because it provides a meeting room for up to 350 people. The on-site features were convenient for my work. The hotel was clean, staff was welcoming, and the variety of dining options and activities were enjoyable.

The only service that I missed for my work was the lack of a dedicated business center for printing and other office-related needs.

I keep coming back to this resort. The first time, the staff suggested great dining places. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, beach access, fitness studio, and more. Coming back for Easter.

The location was perfect, just a quick ride to Naama Bay for some mad shopping and partying. The entertainment was off the hook - we chilled at the amphitheater and played soccer and tennis all day. The pools were epic, and the beach vibe was super chill. Plus, the kids' clubhouse was low-key awesome for some extra fun.

Honestly, the only downer was we wished they had a banging club or more happening nightlife for us party animals.

Our family had an unforgettable time at this family-friendly resort just 24 km from Naama Bay. The kids' club and playgrounds were fantastic, and the amphitheater provided great entertainment. Not to mention the array of sports activities available, from soccer to tennis and even ping-pong. The variety of options ensured that everyone, young and old, had something enjoyable to do.

In my wife's opinion, it would have been great to have more evening entertainment options specifically tailored for families with children.

The room was so cozy and comfortable, with a big bed and a huge bathroom. I felt relaxed and pampered, just what I needed to recharge.

The room service menu was a bit limited for my taste, but others might still find it good.

The facilities at this hotel were excellent, with a variety of pools and a beautifully maintained garden. The service at the bar and restaurant was exceptional, and they took incredibly good care of us. The room was spacious, comfortable, and always kept exceptionally clean. We also enjoyed the variety of food options available in the three different restaurants.

We felt safe throughout our stay and the staff were always willing to help with anything we needed.

The upgraded pool bungalow was spacious and comfortable with a great view. The helpful staff, particularly the housekeeping team, left creative touches to surprise us. The food quality was good and available throughout the day, important when travelling with kids. Our experience was great, and we would gladly return for another vacation. The dive club was amazing and all the staff members, especially Ahmed, were extremely helpful and fun.

I had an amazing stay at this resort! It was definitely worth the money. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a walk-in closet and two full bathrooms. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and a market and plaza just across the street. The staff were friendly and always went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The service was exceptional, from the helpful cart men to the attentive room service. a great vibe and a wonderful experience that I would recommend to all my friends.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement. While there were delicious options available, it would be better if the food at the buffet was properly labeled.

Loud and fast music was being played in the restaurant, and the waiters were throwing used plates, forks, and knives in their wagon. the hotel was overcrowded with children running and screaming everywhere, making it impossible to relax.

We had a fantastic time at a resort with great facilities! The beach was beautiful, and we enjoyed snorkeling and other water activities. The staff were charming and friendly, and always willing to help. We were also pleasantly surprised by the quality and variety of food. we would highly recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities, fulfilling luxurious needs. the Spa & Wellness Centre, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sun terrace were exceptional. the entertainment team was entertaining, with karaoke and leisure/TV room for all guests. the beach access was perfectly situated with sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the bar/lounge area and restaurant had delicious buffet breakfast, a picnic area/table, snack bar, and special diet menus.

The only negative aspect was the heated swimming pools. They were off most of the time and need improvement.

The WiFi at the resort was very slow and didn't cover the entire hotel, making it inconvenient for those needing a reliable connection during their stay.

The resort had excellent customer service, spacious and clean rooms, a variety of delicious food options, multiple swimming pools, and a beautiful private beach. Highly recommended.
