Martina at the front desk was exceptional, ensuring a first-class experience. the free shuttle service and friendly staff made us feel welcome. amenities like a well-equipped room, good toiletries, and on-site dining exceeded our expectations. the pool and live music added to the great stay.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! the staff were very caring and professional, especially Mr Edmon's assistant, who was friendly and efficient. the room service was top-notch, and the housekeeping kept everything clean and comfortable. the manager, Amal, was exceptionally helpful and made sure everything was perfect. the restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast was fantastic. I really enjoyed the free airport shuttle service, which was so convenient. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family for their future stays in Cairo.

One thing that could be improved is the response time to emails, as it took a bit longer than expected. some areas of the hotel seemed understaffed, particularly in the restaurants during the evenings.

Enjoyed delicious Lebanese delicacies & played football on the spacious field. Had a relaxing dinner overlooking the pool. the wellness club was a treat with sauna & massages.

Found it amusing that I couldn't charge the restaurant bill to my room without a deposit.

Upon entering the reception bar, the décor reminded me of Stanley Kubrick's the Shining. Transitioning to my room, a 'Deluxe Room' overlooked a serene garden view. In the bathroom, I met trouble with the sink. the staff were accommodating, offering a varied breakfast. the facilities included a gym, pool for kids, and a disco with live music.

The casino lacked modern amenities, giving off a dated vibe.

Booked last minute due to a missed flight, enjoyed the free shuttle service, and Martina ensured a top-notch room. Staff are friendly and helpful, multiple dining options available, and efficient room service. Pleasant pool area, live music, and convenient amenities like shops and gym. A great oasis for a short stay before catching an early flight. Cons: Would be happy to recommend this hotel.
