Helpful staff, great facilities, relaxing spa treatments, easy transportation

Finding decent food can be very problematic if you fail to navigate through the restaurant's layout due to the vast complex.

The quality of room service could be improved based on the negative reviews left by previous guests.

My family and I recently stayed at Parrotel Beach Resort for a week. From the moment we arrived, the staff, like Mr. Reda at reception, made us feel incredibly welcome. The exceptional service continued throughout our stay with the friendly and helpful staff, such as Mr. Ramadan in the restaurant and Kamal and Totty from the animation team who went out of their way to make my kid's time enjoyable. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a heated swimming pool that was perfect for my little one. The landscaping is stunning, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. We also appreciated the spacious and tastefully decorated rooms. our experience at Parrotel Beach Resort was nothing short of amazing.

The resort facilities were fabulous, with great swimming pools for both adults and children. The WIFI signal was strong throughout the resort, and the food was of good quality. The animation team kept us entertained throughout the day, and the staff were polite and helpful. we had a great experience.

We had an incredible time at this hotel! The location is unbeatable- right on the sea shore. The service was top-notch, with room service and dry cleaning available at our convenience. We also appreciated the airport shuttle. The amenities here are unparalleled: there's a sauna, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and even a karaoke room! The beach access was a huge highlight for us- we spent hours swimming and snorkeling in the crystal clear waters. The spa and wellness center was the cherry on top- the massages and beauty treatments were divine.

We wholeheartedly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a luxurious vacation.

This hotel is great value for money, with super effective curtains to block out early sunlight and rooms with fantastic furniture, views and even jacuzzis. The location directly on the sea shore is unbeatable and the staff are attentive to every detail, including a quick check in and complimentary birthday cake. Don't miss the amazing Italian restaurant and fascinating snorkeling trips.

More variety at breakfast would be nice.

During our Christmas stay, we were pleased with the two complementary items offered by the hotel, which were unexpected but appreciated. the location was fantastic, with plenty of nearby shops and restaurants within walking distance. the highlight of our stay was the beautiful view of the ocean from our room, which we enjoyed every morning.

There were a few aspects of our stay that we didn't enjoy as much. the bathroom was not in the best condition, and the lack of coffee and tea available at the main restaurant during meal times was inconvenient.

The hotel was a luxury destination that fulfilled all our needs. the exclusive amenities offered by this venue were impressive, starting from the Spa & wellness center's excellent massage to the poolside snack bar's delicious drinks. the outdoor swimming pool was clean, and the beach access was seamless.

Despite that, the overall experience was more than satisfactory.
