The hotel is situated in a great area, surrounded by various food options. The rooms are comfortable and clean, ensuring a pleasant stay. The staff members were helpful and friendly, and they were able to accommodate a room change without any hassle.

We stayed in a hotel that was located in a great area, close to everything we needed. We could walk to the US Embassy and there was a doctor's office right next door. Also, we loved how accessible the hotel was, with the rooms and facilities being exceptionally clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast options offered were authentic and delicious. Not to mention, the view of the waterfall was breathtaking.

We did notice that the hotel lacked on-site restaurants and bars. While they provided a delivery service, the long wait made it inconvenient at times.

The hotel was in a great location, close to several good restaurants. the staff was friendly and helpful, especially Claudia who went above and beyond to assist me. the hotel was clean overall and the beds and pillows were comfortable, which was perfect for my back and shoulder injury.

The room I stayed in had slow internet and was smaller than expected. the bathroom had a musty smell, but I understand it can be difficult to keep that at bay in such a humid climate.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money was excellent. The prices were reasonable and affordable, especially considering the attention to detail and service provided. Secondly, the location was not that bad. Even though it was situated uphill, the view from both the back and front sides of the hotel was breathtaking. Lastly, the basic amenities in the rooms were well-maintained and always looked after by the staff. The clean and comfortable beds, along with the good AC, ensured a pleasant stay. The buffet breakfast was also a plus, as it was good and varied.

On our Thanksgiving holiday, we had a terrible experience. the food served for dinner was cold, and the staff did not seem concerned with fixing the issue.
