The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a short walk from the cathedral and town square, which made exploring the city a breeze. the courtyard restaurant was lovely, and the fact that breakfast was included was a nice touch. Additionally, the staff was helpful in arranging tours to the volcano, adding an exciting element to our trip.

Our stay was marred by a few issues. the room was not cleaned for three days, and there was a persistent sewer gas smell in the bathroom, despite efforts to mask it.

For a short getaway, we stayed at a charming hotel in a prime location near the cathedral and town square. Our room was generously-sized with lovely high ceilings and a cozy boutique feel. the included breakfast at the courtyard restaurant was delightful, and the staff was exceptionally helpful in arranging volcano tours and providing laundry services at a reasonable cost. the strong Wi-Fi connection made remote work a breeze, and the nearby Simmer Down bar added to the overall experience.

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect, just a few steps away from the Cathedral and the main square. Our room was spacious and equipped with A/C, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We even enjoyed a tasty snack from the on-site bar after a long day of exploring. The hotel was also very helpful in arranging nearby excursions to the volcanos and Ruta de Flores. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, spacious rooms, and friendly staff.

The hotel's décor was beautiful and added to the overall ambiance. The breakfast served was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options.
