The location was perfect, with the historic district and a mall just steps away. The staff were incredibly friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. It was convenient to have the option of ordering room service from the hotel restaurants or going to the mall for dining. The hotel offered a nice pool and fitness center, and the concierge desk was helpful in arranging tours and transportation.

During my stay, there was a loud party happening outside which disturbed the peace in my room. Additionally, there was some issue with the TV and safe in one of the rooms.

There was nothing I didn't like.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the friendliness of the staff, who greeted us by name and provided personalized service. the hotel's beautiful property added to the overall experience. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions.

On the downside, there were a few aspects that fell short of our expectations. First, the noise from outside events, especially the loud DJ music, disrupted our sleep.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with a modern and clean building. The hotel facilities were excellent, including spacious rooms with very comfortable beds. The location was perfect, just across the street from a shopping mall called Metrocentro, where you can find anything you may need while away. The staff were exceptional, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

During my stay, there were loud events with DJ music playing downstairs, making it difficult to sleep. The hotel did not inform guests about these events in advance, and even after we complained, the noise continued until 1:00 am.

Great location near a shopping center and public transportation. Wonderful breakfast buffet and two diverse restaurants. Perfect pool area for children and well-equipped gym. Very helpful staff that can easily organize private transportation. Safe area for solo travelers.

The hotel is in a great location, close to a big shopping mall where you can buy anything you may need whilst away. The lobby is gorgeously designed and majestic, and the rooms have beautiful views. The concierge is very helpful and can organize wonderful trips for you. The gym and pool are well-maintained and there are several good restaurant options in the area.

The traffic getting to and from the hotel can be bad sometimes, adding an extra 30 minutes to your commute.

The hotel had a convenient location, with a shopping mall right across the street and easily accessible through a bridge. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable. The breakfast selection was exceptional, with fresh pupusas and tortillas being made to order.

There was a loud party on a higher floor that disturbed our sleep. The noise was so loud that the windows were vibrating, and it was difficult to get any rest.

We had a wonderful stay at the Intercontinental in a centrally located area. the highlight of our experience was definitely the amazing bed! the staff were friendly and the restaurant was accommodating to my vegan diet. We enjoyed delicious meals, such as a custom-made penne pasta dish. the hotel's safe location made me feel secure as a solo female traveler. When I needed transportation, the hotel was able to quickly arrange a taxi for me. I really appreciated their attentiveness and the peace of mind it provided.

I had a wonderful stay at Intercontinental San Salvador! The hotel lobby was stunning and the service was top-notch. Our room had beautiful views and felt luxurious. The staff helped us organize a fantastic trip and were incredibly friendly. The location was perfect, very central. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable experience.
