The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my entire stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the free high-speed WiFi was a great bonus. The breakfast served at the hotel was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of delicious food options to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Helsinki.

It was within walking distance of all the main attractions and close to both the train station and tram stop. the staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with excellent service throughout our stay. the room itself was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a powerful shower. the toiletries provided were also of high quality.

One downside was that the breakfast menu didn't offer much variety. the hot food selection remained the same for the four days we were there, which became a bit repetitive.

The hotel had good amenities such as a kettle and free tea/coffee/hot chocolate in the room. the location was also great, right in the center of town near transport links and shops. I also enjoyed the spacious and comfortable beds in the room.

I was disappointed with the lack of cleanliness in the hotel. the floor in the room was not cleaned throughout my stay, and the bathroom door had spills from previous guests that were not cleaned either.

The attention to detail at Marski is impressive. From the clean and comfortable room with two sizeable pillows to the thoughtful design and touches of gold, everything exudes elegance. The breakfast spread is a delightful surprise with self-baked waffles, local sausages, and a variety of juices. The hotel is also conveniently located near a tram station, making transportation a breeze. I highly recommend this hotel, despite the occasional long queues during breakfast and the labyrinth-like layout.
