Loved the elegant and cozy rooms with subtle elegance throughout. Great location, very close to bus and railway stations and within walking distance to the sanctuary.- Spotlessly clean rooms.

The hotel is very close to the train station and the Grotto of Lady Mary, just 300 meters away. The hotel has a lovely garden where you can sit and a beautiful terrace on the first floor overlooking the mountains. The pool is heated, although it could be slightly warmer. The rooms are very clean and some offer a terrific view of the snow-covered mountains.

Room sizes are a bit small.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, some of the nicest people I've met in France. the hotel itself was clean and comfortable, with warm rooms and comfortable beds. the breakfast had a good variety of choices, and the restaurant served delicious food. the location was very convenient, with easy access to the train station and the center of town.

One downside was that the hotel was a bit far from the main attraction, about a 15-20 minute walk to the Grotto. This could be challenging for those with mobility difficulties or in bad weather.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and the hotel facilities were great. We especially appreciated the free private parking and the convenient location just across from the train station. It was easy to catch an early morning train to Barcelona. The hotel was slightly out of the main hustle and bustle, which was a nice change of pace. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our Christmas Eve check-in a pleasant experience.

During our recent stay at Best Western Beausejour, we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful reception area and the warm welcome we received. The hotel's garden and terrace on the first floor offered stunning views of the mountains, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The heated pool, although not very hot, was still enjoyable.

Although the rooms were a bit on the small side, they were still comfortable and adequate for our needs. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with free parking available onsite.

The hotel was spotless and comfortable. The hot water was great and everything was very clean. The staff were lovely, very friendly - service with a smile. The hotel had a swimming pool and a good restaurant. The breakfast was good and there was parking on site. The hotel was cool and well air conditioned.
