My Xmas experience was amazing at this hotel! the complementary Xmas treats and carol singing provided a warm welcome. the hotel's central location made it convenient for shopping and exploring the stunning architecture of the city. the cozy rooms were immaculately clean and the beds provided a comfortable sleep.

there was one receptionist who lacked professionalism and failed to take responsibility for the hotel's errors. Nonetheless, these issues did not spoil the overall amazing experience at this hotel.

Great location in the pedestrian area of the city center, with all amenities, including a 1 metre wide balcony, for a great price. Staff was helpful and breakfast included fresh squeezed orange juice.
