Additionally, the two ladies at the reception were extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with valuable information about the area. The underground parking, although a bit of a challenge upon exit, was a nice bonus and saved us from parking fees. the positives outweighed the negatives and I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location couldn't be better - right in the heart of the city center. Everything was within walking distance, making it extremely convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a safe. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I had the best night's sleep. I also loved the stylish lift in the hotel, which made it easy to transport my luggage.

Spent Xmas there and it was a great experience! the staff was wonderful and accommodating, providing us with extra blankets and even Xmas-themed chocolates! the location was perfect, close to shops and restaurants. the room was cozy and warm, and the bed was super comfy. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi.

The cleaning wasn't the best. We had to ask for more towels and toiletries, as they weren't replaced automatically.
