The staff at Best Western made all the difference during my stay. They were incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to assist me despite my poor French. The room itself was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the kettle, tea/coffee supplies, and bar fridge provided. The location was also great, with the former port and museum just a short distance away. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and cleanliness.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. the location was superb - just a short walk from the bus station, mall, and a leisurely 20-minute stroll to the Vieux Port Centre. The staff were friendly and their service was incredible. They spoke English and were extremely helpful with any queries or needs we had. Additionally, the room was small but very well arranged, making the best use of the available space. It was clean, modern, and had all the basic amenities we needed. it provided great value for money.

Although I found all aspects of this hotel to be satisfactory, there is always room for improvement.
