The value for money was great, with a big, comfortable room and a quiet street. The location was convenient, close to the train station and tramlines. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

This hotel is located conveniently near the train station, making it perfect for travelers. The staff was super kind and helpful, going out of their way to cater to special dietary needs like gluten intolerance at dinner. The rooms are modern and comfortable, with a fresh design and comfortable beds. Plus, the breakfast was amazing, with a great selection of pastries and a friendly breakfast preparer.

One thing that could be improved is the temperature control in the rooms. Despite the heater being on, the larger room was still extremely cold during our stay.

I had such a great time staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station. I loved how it was in a tree-shaded area, it felt so peaceful. Plus, it was close to the Basel FC stadium, which was a bonus for me as a football fan. The room I stayed in was very comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was clean and well-presented. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast had a good variety of options. it was a wonderful experience.

I did find one small drawback during my stay. The provided map for finding the hotel could have been more helpful.

The hotel had a great family atmosphere, with very nice and clean rooms. the staff was wonderful and very helpful with our needs and requests. We enjoyed its excellent location, very close to the centre and the train station, yet situated on a peaceful and quiet street. it was a very comfortable and convenient stay.

The breakfast was not very diverse, with limited options for non-meat or non-cheese eaters. our room was somewhat dated and had low beds, although the double glazing and the external blinds did a great job keeping out both noise and light.

We had a great experience at Berti Hotel - Mulhouse Centre Gare. The local family who runs the hotel made us feel right at home with their genuine hospitality. The continental breakfast was delicious, especially the croissants and coffee. The hotel's convenient location in the city center made it easy for us to explore. Although the room was a bit plain, the comfortable bed made up for it. Despite a minor issue with the bathroom, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Mulhouse. the owners have truly made an effort to create an eco-friendly and tastefully decorated property. the use of natural materials and the absence of plastic is commendable. the cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the prices were very reasonable. We particularly appreciated the fresh ingredients used for dinner, even though the choice was somewhat limited. the hotel is conveniently located near the city center and the highway, making it easy to explore the area. the presence of charging ports was also a convenient feature. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the air-conditioning in our room was fantastic. we highly recommend staying at this hotel.
