The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with spacious and well-equipped rooms. The location by the river was beautiful, and it was conveniently close to some great restaurants, the George V bridge, and the stunning cathedral. The breakfast was exceptional, and the staff were friendly and professional.

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the old town, right on the river bank. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very clean, with comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of delicious options. Plus, some rooms have stunning views of the river. A great choice for exploring the city!

Despite the overall great experience, there was occasional road noise from the double glazing.

We stayed at the Empreinte Hotel & Spa in Orleans and had a wonderful experience. The room was beautiful and spacious, perfect for our family. The hotel staff were extremely accommodating and even provided a baby bed for our little one. The breakfast selection was fantastic, with plenty of options to choose from. The location of the hotel was central and convenient for exploring the city. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

I had such a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff, especially Romy at the bar, were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The location is perfect, right next to the river, and I enjoyed taking walks along the picturesque cobblestone streets. The hotel's decor is modern and stylish, creating a lovely atmosphere. I also appreciated the pet-friendly amenities in the room, including a comfy dog bed and bowls. The view from my window was breathtaking, overlooking the classical France. This place really knows how to provide enhanced comfort and quality services.

During my stay at Empreinte Hotel & Spa, I had a fantastic experience. The room I stayed in was spacious and had windows on both sides, providing a beautiful view. The hotel's breakfast/bar area was excellent, and I enjoyed a great breakfast there. Despite not having its own parking, the hotel provided a replacement ticket for a nearby parking garage, which made parking convenient. my stay was wonderful.

There were a couple of drawbacks during my stay. on the second day, the toilet flush in my room stopped working.

Friendly staff made good restaurant recommendations. Beautifully decorated rooms in a riverside location. Spa facilities were relaxing. Lovely bar, although not available on our visit. Convenient for car parking.
