We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Lourdes. the staff, especially the receptionist Anka, were incredibly polite and friendly. They made us feel comfortable and accommodated our needs, even allowing us to use their microwave to sanitize bottles. the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was very close to the sanctuary and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. Our room was spacious, quiet, and convenient for visiting the grotto. the hotel itself was beautiful and well-maintained. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast and the meals throughout our stay were good. it was a pleasant experience and we highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel offers a great breakfast with an orange juice machine for freshly squeezed juice. The bed is comfortable and the hotel has a beautiful traditional design. It also has its own parking area, which is convenient. The staff are helpful and accommodating. The dinner in the restaurant is delicious.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the sanctuary. I enjoyed the convenience of being able to see the processions from my room and relaxing on the balcony with my coffee. The staff, especially Sofia at the front desk, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made me feel right at home and provided excellent service. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom and plenty of electrical outlets for all my devices. The laundry service was prompt and efficient, making my stay even more convenient.

Convenient location for Lourdes sites with parking. Normal sized room with comfy bed and spacious bathroom. Well-maintained and clean with elegant interiors. Near lift and stairwell, no noise. Helpful reception with lots of information.

Enjoyed the Christmas atmosphere and decorations. the hotel offered complementary hot chocolate and cookies which were delicious and perfect for the holiday season. the location was great, with easy access to the main shopping area and public transportation. the view from the balcony was breathtaking and made for memorable mornings.

The staff was disorganized and difficult to work with. We had issues with our room not being what we requested, as well as problems with the mini-fridge not working.

My stay at a hotel near the Bernadette Grotto was convenient for pilgrims visiting the sanctuary. The location was perfect, just a short 2-minute walk to the entrance. The staff provided excellent service, accommodating my room request and even attending to my urgent need for an ice pack after a minor accident. The housekeepers did a fantastic job keeping the room spotlessly clean.
