I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Tours for a quick stopover on my way to Calais. The location was absolutely brilliant, right on the shopping street and only a 5-minute walk to a large square with plenty of restaurants. The hotel offered underground parking, which was very convenient. We booked two rooms and requested that they be close to each other. To our delight, they were actually interconnecting rooms, making our stay even better. The rooms were clearly refurbished recently, as everything was of a high standard. We had a super great sleep!

While the food in the hotel could have been better, we found plenty of nearby restaurants to satisfy our taste buds. Some areas near the hotel seemed less attractive and felt unsafe, but we were able to find a modern brasserie nearby for a good meal.

Spent New Year's Eve at a hotel in Tours and had a great experience. the hotel was in a prime location near the Loire river and had a modern style with updated amenities. the room was spacious, clean, and offered comfortable bedding. the breakfast had a good variety of options for everyone's taste. the staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home.

The hotel policy regarding payment was not very clear as they charged us twice and still haven't reimbursed us. the hotel offered parking, but it was a public parking lot that required a fee of 11 Euros per day, and the elevator wasn't working, which made it difficult for us to carry our luggage up the stairs.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. the location was perfect, right in the center of Tours with 24hr parking available nearby. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was great, with comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. We were relieved to find that the hotel was dog-friendly and there were no restrictions on what we could do with our furry friend. We also appreciated the complementary late checkout until 2pm, as we had a late ferry to catch. a wonderful experience at Hilton Garden Inn Tours Centre, France.

The room at Hilton Garden Inn was fantastic. It was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, right near the beautiful Loire river and within walking distance of the market place. The reception staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Although we tried to argue our case, the staff at the hotel, including someone who seemed to be in a management position, became aggressive and the argument was going nowhere. In order to avoid further conflict, we decided to pay for the extra breakfast and put an end to the unpleasant situation.
