We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Geispolsheim for one night as a family of four. The hotel was easily accessible by tram from the center of Strasbourg, followed by a short walk. The room was clean and met our expectations, with comfortable beds and a modern, clean bathroom. The central conditioner worked well, keeping us comfortable despite the heat outside. The Wifi internet was perfect and we enjoyed relaxing in the hotel yard with a beer. The breakfast provided simple, yet tasty options, perfect for travelers on the go. We would definitely stay here again when in Strasbourg.

During our recent stay at Holiday Inn Express, we experienced a situation that truly showcased their exceptional service. After a long day of exploring Strasbourg, we realized we had left our wallet in the room. Panicked, we rushed back and to our relief, the staff had already found it. They promptly returned it to us, with everything intact.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the occasional slow WiFi and limited breakfast choices, they did not significantly impact our overall experience.

The hotel is conveniently located just off motorway junction 55, making it easy to access. It is also close to the city center of Strasbourg, where you can explore the Christmas market and experience the festive atmosphere. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with modern decor and amenities such as a hospitality tray and toiletries in the bathroom. The staff provides good service and the breakfast, although slightly chaotic at times, offers a decent selection of food. The hotel also has a pleasant outside area with a swimming pool.

There were some issues with unsupervised children running around the external staircase, which could be bothersome for some guests.
