had a delightful stay at chapeau rouge, even better than last time! central location, friendly staff, and beautiful suite. loved exploring the old town and the amazing two-star michelin restaurant. will definitely be back again!

strange smell in the room

We were pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of the hotel, just a short walk from the city center and various attractions. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive to our needs, offering umbrellas on rainy days. The rooms were beautifully designed, with comfortable beds and stylish decor. The hotel also boasts a Michelin-star restaurant with a fascinating menu. we had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

The room far exceeded expectations, with a great upgraded bathroom. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location, near main sights and shops. The restaurant is superb, with a two Michelin Star chef.

Nothing, all was good.

As women travelling alone, we were pleased with the location, parking, and room amenities. The hotel staff was friendly and eager to make sure our room was ready. The lobby and lounge area were clean and inviting. The spacious room with a balcony and extra room with a sleeper sofa was perfect for our needs. The large closet/dresser, mini fridge, and coffee maker were convenient. We enjoyed the record player with Bluetooth capability, as well as the stunning views from the balcony. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to a food mall and famous cubed houses was a bonus.

Felt like royalty, no reason to complain.

Great toiletries were provided in the room, and the shower had fantastic water pressure. the location was convenient to many attractions and local transportation. One of the best aspects of our stay was the comfortable bed.

Our romantic escape was derailed by the poor service and unresponsive staff. We were given incorrect information about local attractions and ended up wasting precious time.

Difficult luggage transportation.

We had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the central shopping district. It was so convenient to be able to walk to all the shops and explore the area. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated the staff member who found us when we were lost and went out of their way to accommodate our smallest requests. The service was top-notch, from the room service to the daily housekeeping. The hotel offered a wide range of amenities, including a spa and wellness center, where we enjoyed a relaxing massage and used the sauna and Turkish bath. We were also pleasantly surprised by the welcome drink upon arrival. The rooms were beautifully decorated and well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities like air conditioning and a mini-bar. our experience at this hotel was truly luxurious and enhanced by the excellent service and quality facilities.
