I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this alpine hotel. The location was superb, with the ski slopes just a stone's throw away from the hotel. I loved waking up to the stunning mountain views from my room's large balcony. The wooden furniture added a charming touch to the cozy rooms, making it feel like a true home away from home in the Alps.

No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

Great for skiing, organized parking and lift passes, convenient location, clean and comfortable rooms, accommodating and friendly staff, excellent breakfast.

For us it was ideal.

The value for money at Altitude was great, with spacious rooms and beautiful mountain views. The location was perfect, right by the slopes and close to town, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

Breakfast items could have been improved with more variety, such as including fresh vegetables and pressed juices.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of town, making it easy to access all the good restaurants and attractions. It is also near the bus stop, allowing for a short walk into the main part of town. Additionally, the hotel is in close proximity to the slopes, making it ideal for those looking to ski.

The hotel lacks proper security measures, as there are no security safes in the rooms and room keys are left on the counter after 11pm, posing a potential security risk.

The hotel was in an excellent location, just by the ski slopes and very close to all main ski lifts at Val d'Isere. We enjoyed the delicious and varied breakfast with fresh pastries, charcuterie, and freshly squeezed orange juice. The staff were friendly and provided exceptional service, including organizing ski passes and reserving a parking space for us.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The breakfast selection was decent, offering different types of bread, jams, and juices. the location was very convenient, allowing for easy access to the ski lifts and nearby restaurants. We also appreciated the cozy and warm atmosphere of the hotel lobby, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day of skiing.

The price of the hotel was quite steep, especially when taking into consideration the outdated decor and uncomfortable bedding. some of the staff members seemed disinterested in assisting guests and were not very friendly or helpful.

The breakfast spread was mouth-watering and left me feeling satisfied and energized for the day ahead. Most of the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome and were always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The location was absolutely perfect for accessing the ski slopes, with easy access and breathtaking views of the lifts and majestic mountains.

The location couldn't be better! Right between the Olympique lift and the Solaise lift, providing immediate access to both sides of the Val d'Isere ski system. Also, just a short walk to the city center for plenty of restaurant options. The breakfast served at the hotel is fantastic, offering a great variety of eggs, ham, bread, yogurts, cereals. The staff is exceptional, particularly the friendly Spanish guy in the restaurant who befriends and jokes with guests, and the French woman who remembers how you like your coffee from one day to the next.

Felt like being home, no complaints whatsoever.
