Being so close to the shrine was a huge plus, especially during the hot weather. the proximity to the Notre Dame church allowed for easy exploration of the area.

While the hotel provided a wonderful experience overall, the internet speed was a bit slow. Nevertheless, this minor inconvenience did not hinder our enjoyment of the hotel's other qualities.

The hotel had a lovely decoration, with a charming and cozy atmosphere. The general areas were well-maintained and clean, creating a welcoming environment for all guests. I also appreciated the accessibility of the hotel for senior people, with no stairs to climb and a convenient elevator to access the different floors. It made it easier for me to move around and enjoy my stay.

I would have asked for more assistance from the children working there when it came to activities suitable for senior people. Sometimes it can be challenging to find activities or attractions that are specifically tailored for us, and a little guidance from the staff would have enhanced our vacation experience.

They even returned my forgotten jackets to me at the train station! The location was excellent, just a short walk from the train station and the sanctuary. The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to the religious sites and town center. Easy access to parking was a plus.

We got excellent value for our money with a clean room, friendly staff, and a great location just minutes away from the grotto and Notre Dame de Lourdes. The hotel's windows allowed the stunning mountain air and fresh breeze to fill our room, even in hot weather.

The shared lounge reminded me of a waiting room at the dentist. I couldn't wait to get out of there.

The warm and kind reception by the two sisters made us feel at home. Luggage carried, map provided, and breakfast was nice with good selection of hot drinks.

The location of the hotel was also very convenient, being close to the Basilica and other attractions in Lourdes. The breakfast, though simple, was satisfying and included a good selection of hot drinks. With clean and comfortable rooms, beautiful views, and excellent value, we would definitely consider staying at Montfort again if we have the chance to visit Lourdes. we highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay in Lourdes.

We loved the private parking and the convenient location close to all the amenities. The view across the river to the Basilica was stunning. Easy access arrangements when reception was closed. The breakfast was decent and the peaceful setting made for a relaxing stay. It was the perfect overnight stopover on our journey from Navarre to the Dordogne.
