I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Restaurant La Musardiere. The location was absolutely fabulous, just a short walk away from Monet's house and gardens. It was so convenient to be able to explore such a famous attraction. The hotel itself exuded French country charm, with its rustic decor and cozy atmosphere. The room I stayed in was tastefully decorated and impressively clean. The separate toilet was a nice touch, adding a bit of extra privacy. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, making me feel welcome and attended to throughout my stay.

Although the breakfast was basic, it was sufficient and provided enough fuel to start the day. The restaurant at the hotel was also nice, serving good food for a decent value.

There was nothing I didn't like.

As women travelling alone, we appreciated the private secure parking and the helpfulness of the staff. The location was fantastic for visiting Monet's Gardens, just a couple of minutes walk away. The room was beautifully decorated and well equipped, and the breakfast offered a lovely range of options including freshly made boiled eggs.

Felt lucky, everything was taken care of without any trouble.

The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was very close to the gardens of Giverny. It was just a short walk away from Monet's garden, allowing us to easily explore the beautiful surroundings. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, providing us with a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of sightseeing. The staff was friendly and efficient, always ready to assist us with any inquiries we had. Additionally, the breakfast offered at the hotel was satisfactory, giving us a good start to the day.

There was one minor issue with our stay. We were unable to use the patio or garden area on our last evening, as they were reserved for an event.

This hotel offers excellent value for money and is in a great location for visiting Monet's Garden at Giverny. The staff are efficient and friendly, and the rooms are comfortable with a good view. The breakfast, although simple, includes a delicious croissant.

Excellent location couple of minutes walk to Monet’s garden. Lovely old building, good restaurant. No air con, but fans provided. Late dinner was excellent, scrumptious breakfast with hot & cold variety. Quiet room with great view. Large parking area, perfect to explore garden and village. Friendly staff, delicious crepes and mussels at the restaurant. Very refreshing local cider. Rustic hotel with character, relieved to find a fan in the cupboard to cool the room.

We had a fabulous New Year's stay at a hotel in a beautiful historic building with a great location! the staff were friendly and accommodating. We tried their crepes and mussels, which were superb. Our room had a fan which was helpful on a hot night. the complimentary cider was a nice touch. the hotel's garden was lovely, and the fact that we could park our car for free on the premises was an added bonus.

Although the hotel was comfortable, there were a couple of things we weren't so keen on. the pathway to reach the entrance was gravelly, which made it difficult to manoeuvre our luggage.

The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect for visiting the famous gardens. Just a short walk away, we were able to easily explore Monet's House and Gardens. the restaurant at the hotel was outstanding. We had a lovely dinner on the quiet outdoor seating and enjoyed the delicious food and excellent service. The large room was beautifully decorated and we slept wonderfully during our stay. The bathroom had an old-world charm and I even took the time to enjoy a relaxing evening bath. Truly a delightful experience.

While the overall experience was fantastic, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The Wi-Fi signal was a bit weak, which was a slight inconvenience.

The location of La Musardiere is extremely convenient for visiting Monet's House and Gardens, just a few minutes walk away. the renovated farmhouse provides modern, comfortable rooms with beautiful views of the French countryside. the bathrooms are well-appointed with great towels and rain shower heads. the restaurant at La Musardiere offers a good variety of food, with plenty of choices for vegetarians, which is not always easy to find in France. the dinner was typically French and well-prepared, and the staff, including the knowledgeable waitress, made the dining experience enjoyable. the warm welcome, comfortable accommodation, and proximity to the gardens made for a most enjoyable stay.

Spent xmas at this charming hotel and it was a step back in time! the traditional French decor and friendly staff made us feel right at home. the room was spacious with a beautiful view of the countryside. We loved the proximity to Monet's garden, just a short walk away. the dinner at the hotel was delicious, with plenty of traditional French options to choose from. And the breakfast spread had everything we could ask for, from croissants to ham and eggs. Plus, the unlimited coffee was a great perk!

Although the hotel was lovely overall, there were a few downsides. the room was not soundproofed, so we could hear footsteps from above and voices from below.

the hotel was a pleasant surprise. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and clean with a great view. the location was perfect for visiting Monet's garden.
