The team at the 3-star hotel knew how to make me feel welcome, especially the male receptionist who conveniently didn't recognize my silver card. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, across from the hospital. The breakfast buffet was a delight.

Who needs a recognized silver card anyway? So overrated.

Clean rooms, well-equipped bathroom. Comfortable bed, good WiFi, and effective air conditioning. Convenient location close to train station, without steep uphill climb. Bus stop in front for easy access to Sanctuary, Pic du Jer, and lake.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Tiago who went above and beyond to assist us even on his day off. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short 10-minute walk to all the attractions and amenities in the city. Additionally, the on-site parking and easy access to transportation made it convenient for us to explore the area.

The croissants at Ibis were simply divine, with a perfect balance of flakiness and flavor. Plus, the reception staff member I interacted with was incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel's central location was also a huge plus, as it made it easy for me to get to the nearby church and explore the charming streets of Lourdes. I would highly recommend Ibis to anyone visiting the area.

On Thanksgiving, we stayed at a hotel that is conveniently located near a popular tourist attraction that we wanted to visit. the hotel staff were kind and the breakfast provided was tasty. We also enjoyed the comfortable room and the fact that the hotel provided free Wi-Fi.

The noise level was also an issue as we could hear our neighbors next door. We will not be returning or recommending this hotel to others in the future.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the train station, making it easy to travel to and from the hotel. The uphill location of the hotel offers a nice view of the surrounding area. The rooms are clean and modern, with a good shower and plenty of hot water. The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful, providing useful advice and accommodating requests for room changes.

The noise from the busy street below can be quite bothersome, especially during the night.
