Best experience - the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast spread was good. the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby businesses and public transportation.

Worst experience - the hotel service was poor. the staff was not very helpful or friendly, and the internet connection was slow and unreliable.

Convenient location on the slopes for easy ski in/ski out access. Exceptional staff, helpful with ski equipment and arranging transportation. Well-appointed and comfortable rooms, suitable for families. Good breakfast options and clean rooms. Ski room attendant offers assistance.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the slopes for skiing in and out. The ski room assistants were very helpful and made the whole skiing experience so much easier. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

The bed in the room was a bit on the hard side, which made it slightly uncomfortable to sleep. The lighting in the room was quite poor, making it difficult to read or do any close-up activities.

This venue offers exclusive amenities that make for a luxurious stay. the Spa and wellness centre with an indoor swimming pool was delightful and the massage services were top, notch. the beauty treatments left me feeling fresh and rejuvenated. the convenient location was a plus, with ski, in and ski, out access to the slopes.

Although the overall service was excellent, it was not as attentive as I would have liked. the sauna was not as hot as expected.

We had a fantastic 4-day stay at La Sivoliere. the hotel's location right on the piste made it so convenient for ski in/ski out. the staff were exceptional, from the ski locker team who were always available to help with our equipment, to the friendly front of house staff who assisted with arranging ski passes and the courtesy shuttle bus. the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, perfect for our family of four. the breakfast each morning was first-class, and the hotel had a lovely boutique feel with a beautiful swimming pool. We will definitely be coming back!
