The hotel is conveniently located near the beach and the city center, making it easy to explore all the important attractions of the city. Guests can enjoy a short walk to the picturesque vieux port, where there are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with comfy beds providing a good night's sleep. The continental breakfast offers a decent selection of local produce, ensuring guests start their day off right.

The staff at the bar sometimes seemed uninterested or busy, making it a bit of a hassle to order drinks.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure that I had a comfortable stay. They even let me use their own office computer when the one in customer service was not working. The hotel's restaurant served top-notch food with great quality. The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance to the Vieux Port and the beach. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised by the small gifts that were given to guests on the first day of the new year.

Although the staff were generally friendly, there was one instance where they were not as attentive. However, I would still highly recommend this place to others due to its many positive aspects such as its prime location and the enhanced comfort and quality services provided.

Enjoyed my romantic escape at this cozy hotel. the Nespresso machine in the room was a bonus, very convenient for lovers of coffee. the pool was small but clean and perfect for a dip on a hot day. the location was excellent, near to many attractions.

The breakfast to the room was expensive and limited, just coffee, croissants, and bread. the pool area was too cramped for the number of guests staying.

the views from our superior room at new hotel were fantastic, exceeding our expectations. the staff were friendly and the pool area was excellent with comfortable loungers. the hotel was clean in all areas.

I had an exceptional stay at Newhotel in Marseille. The firm king-size bed and excellent bathroom in the modern room were just perfect. The suite upgrade was worth it, offering plenty of space with a living room, fridge, and safe. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, defying the stereotype of French people. The hotel restaurant was the best-kept secret, with a reasonably priced fixed-price menu that had excellent choices, especially the fish dishes. The Cafe gourmand was a delightful experience with four different delicious desserts. This hotel offers exceptional value, and I can't wait to return.

I had a fantastic stay at a boutique-hotel near Pharo fortress and a public beach. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the Central Vieux Port of Marseille. the hotel had a lovely decor with unique elements available for purchase, such as a porte-savon shaped like a fish that I bought at the reception. the room was spotlessly clean and the price was reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. the best part was the Victor Cafe inside the hotel, which offered the best dining experience among the nearby restaurants.

The hotel's pool, outdoor lounge area, and interior design with nice furniture and cool artwork were fabulous. The staff were very friendly and helpful, offering their own office computer when the one in customer service didn't work. The food quality in the restaurant was great. The location was within walking distance of the Old Port and the beach, and it was nice that it wasn't right in the center of the hustle and bustle. As a light sleeper, the room was large, comfortable, and quiet at night, ensuring a peaceful sleep. Additionally, the secure underground parking was a convenient feature. The breakfast provided a nice selection and enjoying it on the veranda was a pleasant bonus. The small gifts given to us on the first day of the new year were a delightful surprise.

I felt extremely safe at the hotel and had no complaints whatsoever.

Outstanding Service and Convenient Location

I had the most outstanding check-in experience at the New Hotel in Marseille. The concierge who assisted me was incredibly knowledgeable about the local area and provided me with valuable information for my stay. Despite arriving early due to an early flight, the staff ensured that I could change and start my holiday right away. The room itself was excellent with high-quality bedding and towels, and I had a lovely view of the swimming pool from my third-floor room.
