I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in the heart of this vibrant city. The location of this place was absolutely perfect, right next to the city center and just a stone's throw away from the old town. It was so convenient to be able to walk everywhere and experience all that the city has to offer during the festival. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. I also appreciated the attention to detail, with things like a well-functioning air conditioning system and complimentary water in the minibar. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to family and friends.

I recently stayed at Novotel in Avignon for a few days while visiting the old city. The hotel's location was perfect, just outside the city walls and a short walk to the train station and the Rhone. The rooms, although small, were impeccably clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the staff, especially Laure and Tony, were incredibly helpful and friendly. Tony even drove us to the station in his car when we couldn't find a taxi! The spacious garage and entrance made it convenient for us to explore the area.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

Convenient location near Avignon's central train station. Close proximity to Palais des Popes. Spacious and well-maintained rooms. Enjoyable pool and terrace area for dining and drinks. Comfortable beds. Helpful and friendly staff.

This hotel offers a great location, near plenty of restaurants and shops. the upkeep of the hotel is excellent. the rooms are well-kept and clean, with plenty of amenities. the staff is friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. An added advantage of staying in this hotel is the great view from the room.

The main downside of this hotel is the poor management of the AC. the AC was not working during the hot nights, making it hard to sleep comfortably. the hotel management seemed unresponsive to the issue, which led to a negative experience for us.

I had an excellent stay at a modern hotel in Avignon. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Although there were roadworks outside, it didn't affect my experience. The pool area was well-maintained and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The buffet breakfast was satisfactory. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Avignon.

I've been staying at this hotel for years and I have to say, it's slowly decaying. the location is great and has even greater potential. the staff are nice and the room is thoughtfully designed and clean. the mattress is comfortable and the gym is nicely laid out. I also enjoyed the outdoor seating areas near the pool where I could relax in the evening. the hotel is conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk to the old town and 20 minutes to Palais du papes/bridge. the rooms are spacious with decent bathrooms and there are plenty of places to eat within easy walking distance. the hotel also has a modern feel and a swimming pool.

We had a great stay at the Novotel! the location was excellent, with a view over the old city wall. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a large comfy bed and a two-way shower with a privacy glass screen. the staff at the front desk were friendly and multilingual, always willing to help. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which had a variety of options. the air conditioning in the room worked well and wasn't too loud for sleeping. the hotel also provided free WiFi and complimentary water in the minibar and tea/coffee in the room.
