I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a lesser visited part of France. The value for money was exceptional, especially considering the high standard of facilities. The location was green and very peaceful, which made it the perfect base for exploring the region. The staff were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms, although small and basic, were lovely and had everything I needed.

We loved the peaceful and beautiful setting of this hotel, with its lovely grounds and little streams running everywhere. The location was perfect for us, slightly away from the town but still within a 5-minute drive, providing a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The air conditioning in our room was a lifesaver, especially on the hot night we stayed. The hotel facilities, including the outdoor swimming pool area with a hot tub and sauna, were fantastic. We also found the staff to be extremely helpful and ensured that we had everything we needed.

Owners were incredibly friendly and fun to chat with, even with my limited French. Breakfast and dinner were excellent with plenty of choices. The entrecôte steak was amazing! The bed was super comfy and the bathroom and shower were spacious. The staff, especially the owner, provided a warm welcome and spoke excellent English. The location is peaceful and surrounded by greenery. The grounds are beautiful and close to main attractions. The food in the restaurant was mind-blowing. The waiter, Thomas, handled a full restaurant without any stress. The service was top-notch. a truly fantastic experience!

The location was great for exploring the nearby attractions and the Christmas lights in the area were fantastic. The room was clean and well-decorated with a comfortable bed. The hot chocolate and mulled wine offered in the lobby were a nice touch.

The staff seemed overwhelmed during the holiday season and were not very helpful or friendly. The breakfast buffet was limited and the food was not very appetizing. The Wi-Fi signal was weak and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected with family back home during the holidays. the experience was disappointing and didn't feel very festive.

Stayed in a lovely hotel in the middle of nowhere. Food was great and the sauna and jacuzzi came at an extra price!

So glad there was no lounge or bar, who needs a place to relax after dinner? Definitely not me!

From the delicious breakfasts and dinners to the special prenatal massage she organized for me, Tania truly went above and beyond. The on-premises restaurant was a culinary delight, with superb dishes like fois gras and delectable desserts. The beautiful grounds added to the overall charm of the location, which was conveniently close to popular attractions like the caves of Lascaux and picturesque chateaus. I can't wait to return next summer!
