Great spot for airport layover

Super convenient if you’re catching a flight. The restaurant blew us away with tasty French onion soup and escargot. The beds are comfy, and we had a good night’s sleep. The only downside was the club lounge being closed a lot, which was a bummer since we paid extra for that service.

The Sheraton Paris Roissy Airport's location within the airport itself is incredibly convenient for seamless travel. Despite the central position, my room was surprisingly tranquil, shielded from the bustle of the airport below. The spaciousness and amenities provided made for a comfortable stay, and accessing the Air Canada counter from the hotel in under ten minutes was a breeze.

This hotel is perfect for anyone with an early connection as it is located on top of terminal 2 in the busy airport. The room was clean and the bed was very comfy, just what you need before a long flight. The breakfast buffet was delicious and bountiful, a great way to start the day. The fitness center was small but well-equipped, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

There was some room for improvement in terms of bathroom amenities.

The location couldn't have been more convenient, with just a short walk to the terminal. The rooms were identical both times, but they were comfortable and had no issues with WiFi. In addition, the check-in and check-out process was efficient, and the staff were pleasant and even offered help with flight information. my experiences at this hotel were convenient, comfortable, and hassle-free.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The location was incredibly convenient as it was situated within walking distance between the terminals 2E/2F. I loved how close it was to my departure terminal, in fact, it was right there! This made it perfect for my quick business trips to Paris or those long transit times between long-haul flights. The service provided by the staff was outstanding. They were extra friendly and went over-and-above to address any issues that arose. The amenities in the room were top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, a mini-bar, and free Wi-Fi. The separate tub and shower in the bathroom were a luxurious touch, and the toiletries provided were of great quality. The dining options at the hotel were also fantastic, with a great restaurant and a bar/lounge area.

All in all, I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The staff were rude and arrogant, with zero customer service.
