I recently had a wonderful stay at an eco-lodge in a local town. the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and ensure I had a fantastic holiday. the lodge had a practical and environmentally friendly design, with a beautiful naturally filtered fresh water pool. the diverse planting around the grounds attracted a variety of bird life, creating a lovely atmosphere. the breakfast and food were both delicious, and the cook was a delightful man. the architecture of the huts added to the authentic African experience. Waking up to the sounds of countless birds was an absolute joy. Whether I wanted to relax in the peaceful retreat or go out with the friendly staff to explore and experience local life, the lodge offered a perfect balance.
