The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all the basic amenities you need. I particularly loved the rooms with balconies on the upper floors, offering a great view of the surrounding area. The breakfast spread is delicious, with a good variety of local and European options to choose from.

I had a pleasant stay at a small hotel in Tbilisi. The location was great, just a few minutes away from the central Tbilisi old town and attractions like the Metekhi bridge and the Cable car. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed and a good bathroom. The air conditioning worked extremely well, which was a relief during the hot weather. The WiFi was also fast and reliable. The breakfast offered a good variety of local and European food, and I appreciated the warm-hearted service from the older lady who served it. Additionally, the owner of the hotel was very friendly and accommodating, providing assistance both before and during our stay. I recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the heart of the old city. It's just a short walk to Israeli square and is situated in the historic Jewish area. Everything in the old city is easily accessible from this hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay for families. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The breakfast offered is delicious and freshly made. Some rooms even offer a beautiful view of the surrounding area.

One negative aspect is that the hotel does not have its own parking spaces, and street parking can be limited.

Although the location was great, the hotel was situated near a busy road, and the street noise could be heard inside the room even with the windows closed. the sound insulation was poor, and conversations in the hallway could be heard in the room.
