Our recent city break was fantastic! the accommodations we chose had really spacious and impeccably clean rooms. the staff was incredibly helpful and always available to assist us with anything we needed. We especially loved the delicious breakfast that came with our reservation. We had ample options to select from, and the food was very fresh.

Sadly, there were some aspects that we felt could be improved upon. On one occasion, the milk ran out, and we had to wait awhile for it to be replenished.

A pleasant stay at King Tom. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The manager, Georgij, was exceptional and went above and beyond to meet my requests. The breakfast, though repetitive, included some special salads and had a great view from the top floor. I'll recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location, close to the city center, offered the perfect mix of convenience and peace and quiet. Additionally, the spacious and clean rooms provided a comfortable stay.

The lack of WiFi in the rooms was a major inconvenience and the staff's response was unsatisfactory.
