We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. the location is very good, just a short walk from the central station. the room was spacious and the bathroom had a nice bath. the breakfast offered a good choice of food, with good coffee. the hotel itself is modern and has great amenities like a gym and sauna. the beds were huge and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. a fantastic experience at Arcotel.

During my Thanksgiving holiday, I had a pretty decent hotel experience. the complimentary snacks in the room were a nice surprise and the bed was super comfortable, making for some great sleep. the location was great with a supermarket nearby and plenty of restaurants to choose from. But my favorite part had to be the absolutely stunning view from my room - I loved it!

The room had a bit of a smoky smell and the surrounding neighborhood felt a bit sketchy, especially at night. the prices for parking were quite steep, which was a bit of a letdown.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. It is in a very popular district with lots of immigrants at night, and within walking distance of the central station. We loved being able to explore the area on foot and experience the local culture. The staff here are great, always willing to help. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, and were very friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we could need. We especially liked the sitting area and the in-room safe.

The only downside we can think of is that the staff doesn't seem to know what hospitality means.
