Very modern and comfortable room with a great shower. Excellent attached restaurant with an 8 course menu selection. Perfect location in the center with convenient checkout and cab ordering. Quaint pedestrian area with new furniture, rug, air conditioner, and bathroom appliances of high quality. Impressive breakfast buffet with a fantastic view and friendly, helpful owner and employees.

The parking was very far and expensive, making it difficult to get all our luggage to the hotel. the bathroom smelled bad and the shower was not user-friendly.

The room was affordable and had a decent location close to restaurants and landmarks. the shower was spacious, allowing for a comfortable escape with my significant other. the bed was also very cozy, a great spot to snuggle up after a long day out and about.

We had to park far away and navigate confusing streets just to get the room key. No clear instructions were given, and the staff was not friendly or welcoming.

The location of Art Hotel House One was perfect for my stay. The property manager made the checkout process very convenient by settling the bill the day before and even ordering a cab for my early morning departure. I also loved that the eating area had a balcony and was open all day for a quick bite. The hotel itself had a modern and sleek design, with a spacious glass elevator in the center. The bathroom in my room was beautiful and impeccably clean. The breakfast room on the third floor was also stunning, and the breakfast itself was enjoyable.

This hotel is in the heart of the city, surrounded by good restaurants and charming shops. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with the best beds I've ever slept in. The bathrooms are modern and spotlessly clean. The staff is friendly and organized, always providing helpful information in advance. The breakfast is quite good, with freshly cut fruit. Plus, the view from the top floor is amazingly beautiful.

The check-in instructions could be clearer for a smoother arrival.
