We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was so-so, but it was only a short walk to all the major attractions. Plus, it was an easy walk back to the train station. The hotel is perfectly close to the Dom and the personnel in the restaurant was very friendly, even though we arrived 5 minutes before closing time. The staff really cared about our experience, from the reception staff to the cleaners. They were all pleasant and helpful.

We had a small issue with the parking lot. The staff let us in by opening the gate, but we didn't receive the red chip needed to leave the parking, so we couldn't get out.

The hotel is situated in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the city center and the beautiful Rhine River. It's also conveniently close to the train station, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Additionally, being close to several Christmas markets provides an extra special touch for visitors during the holiday season.

It should be noted that there is no room service available at the hotel, which might be a minor inconvenience for some guests.

The complementary hot chocolate and cookies were a lovely touch during the festive season. the hotel's location near the shopping district and public transport made it easy to explore the city. the gym was great and allowed me to keep up with my fitness routine while on vacation.

The noise level in my room was quite high and made it hard to sleep at night. the breakfast was overpriced and not worth the cost.

I had an amazing stay here! The location couldn't be more perfect, especially with the REWE supermarket just diagonally across the street and the underground station only 300 meters away. The service is outstanding, with room service, daily maid service, a business centre, and a friendly staff at Reception and breakfast. The amenities in the room are great too - I loved having an electric kettle and soundproofed walls for a peaceful night's sleep. this place exceeded my expectations.

The hotel is just a short 10-15 minute walk from the railway station and Dom. The rooms are spacious and soundproofed, with comfortable beds and a choice of pillows. The breakfast selection is excellent, and the free wifi is reliable. There are also many restaurants near the hotel, particularly near the Eigelstein gate.
