The location of the apartment was perfect for exploring the city. We loved the modern and stylish design, as well as the fully equipped kitchen. The balcony offered a great view of the street, and the apartment itself was new and well-maintained. The option of parking in a nearby parking house was also convenient. our stay at Downtown Apartments Mitte was a positive experience.

We loved our 2 bedroom apartment, great design, modern, clean, and awesome fitout. Location is great, across the road from an S-Bahn station and also trams right out the front. Public transport in the city is fantastic. Great pub downstairs and walking distance either direction for a great bakery, food, restaurants, supermarket, etc. The staff, in particular Cathleen, were very pleasant and helpful. The apartment was spotless and true to pictures on the site. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment had air conditioning. There is a great shower and the apartment was quiet despite facing onto the main street. The location is fantastic, with S-Bahn/tram service directly outside and in just two stops you're at a main train station. Playground, green area, and small football area adjacent to the apartments. My son loved these, so if you're a family, bring a ball. Good supermarket 7/8 mins walk down the street or you can hop on and off the tram which passes directly outside.

My stay at Downtown Apartments Berlin Mitte was exceptional. The apartment had everything I needed for a week in Berlin, including free laundry machines and Nespresso coffee. The location was perfect, with convenient access to public transportation and a taxi stand. The front desk people were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and there was even a nice bar/coffee shop next door for great morning coffee. I also appreciated that they didn't change towels, sheets, or clean every day, as it was a waste and unnecessary.

I had a great stay at this hotel. Located in a quiet area, it was perfect for relaxation. The laundry service was very helpful as I was traveling for a long time. I appreciated the welcome drink from the bar as well. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room had ironing facilities, heating, a sitting area, and a flat-screen TV. The terrace was nice for enjoying the fresh air. The soundproofed rooms were a great touch and allowed for a peaceful night’s sleep.

The location of the hotel is incredibly convenient, right next to a train station and with great access to public transportation. This made it easy for us to explore the city and visit all the attractions we wanted to see in Berlin. The concierge staff were also very helpful and accommodating, ensuring that our stay was pleasant and comfortable. Additionally, the apartments were well-equipped and attractively designed, providing all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay.

There was some noise disruption from the nearby bar and train tracks, especially in the lower floor apartments.

Clean and modern apartments with convenient transportation options nearby. Each room has its own bathroom and a balcony for relaxing. Adjacent to a bar serving craft beer, closing at 10pm. Helpful staff and early check-in available. Good supermarket and playground nearby.

The apartment's location was perfect for our Xmas vacation as it was walking distance to loads of bars, restaurants and cafes. the balcony with a view of the street was nice, and the kitchen was fully equipped with all kinds of plates and cutlery. the furniture was modern and new. the cleaning service every few days was an added bonus.

Privacy was an issue for us as the bathroom had a sliding door that was not closing. It was situated only half a meter from the bed, and we expected a better set-up for the price point.

We got great value for our money at Downtown Apartments Mitte. The room was spacious and had excellent facilities, including a full kitchen and laundry room. The location was ideal, with easy access to public transportation, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

Apartment was hot, especially in the second bedroom with only one air conditioner in the main bedroom. Strange lighting, with areas too dark or too light.
