Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as a slight delay in receiving my luggage and a small issue with the breakfast selection, they were quickly addressed and did not detract from my overall experience.

My room faced the internal hall, which made it feel dark and lacking in fresh air. Additionally, the waiting time at the steak restaurant was quite long, which was frustrating.

The hotel itself feels like a grand palace and the staff are exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure a great stay. The small bar is interesting and the bartender is knowledgeable and humorous. The central location makes it easy to reach attractions and good public transport. The restaurant and spa facilities are excellent.

Nothing, it was perfect.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the spacious and comfortable rooms at this hotel. the beds were incredibly cozy and the pillows were like sinking into a cloud. Additionally, the staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. They provided excellent service and went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met.

I was disappointed by a few aspects of my stay. the shower door in my room made an extremely loud creaking noise every time I opened or closed it, which was quite annoying.

Excellent breakfast options, though the wait for fried eggs can be a bit long. The evening meals, especially the fillet of steak, were fantastic. Conveniently located near a beautiful lake.
