We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing us with valuable local information. the breakfast spread was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious food options. the bedroom was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable couch and a table and chairs. We particularly loved the roll-down blind outside the window, which provided both security and fresh mountain air. the hotel's location was also convenient, just a short walk away from the center of town and the train stations. the nearby bus stop, which was free with the visitor tax card, was an added bonus.

It had everything we needed, including a small refrigerator, a cozy sofa, a table and chairs, and even complimentary water. The highlight was the beautiful patio with stunning views of the Alps. The indoor pool was a wonderful bonus, and it was kept impeccably clean. The spa area, complete with a sauna and steam room, was a great way to relax after a long day. The bathroom was well-appointed, with complimentary soaps and shampoo. The included breakfast was absolutely delicious, and we couldn't stop raving about it. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel's location was fantastic, within walking distance to the town's shops and restaurants.

This hotel was a luxurious escape , I felt pampered and fulfilled. the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional , the massage and beauty treatments were truly blissful. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were impeccably clean and spacious, and the spa lounge was a perfect place to relax. the Rooftop pool offered panoramic views and sun loungers, and it was a dreamy experience. the private facilities in the room, like the Jacuzzi, added to the indulgence.

My only minor issue was that the snack bar was not as well, stocked as I would have hoped for, limiting some of the dining choices. Otherwise, this hotel was an outstanding choice.

My room was upgraded to a suite with a beautiful balcony and stunning mountain views. The swimming pool and sauna were fabulous, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety of food including fresh pastries. Overall definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a perfect place for a night out as it's in the center of everything with easy access to restaurants, bars, and ski lifts. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast provided is really good with lots of variety. Additionally, the sauna, steam room, and pool facilities were wonderful and relaxing. The room was quite comfy with a beautiful view of the garden/pool area from the porch.

The parking fee seemed a bit excessive for in-house guests, especially in an empty underground car park.
