The hotel itself had a classy and modern design, which made it feel very new and fresh. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options and high-quality food. I also enjoyed the bar, which had a great atmosphere. Additionally, the location was fantastic and there were many amenities available such as room service, laundry, and tours assistance. I had a great experience here.

I recently stayed at H+ Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, offering a breathtaking view of Bern. The terrace is absolutely beautiful, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The staff was professional, friendly, and always ready to assist. The cocktails served at the hotel were excellent, although the wait time was a bit long. The spacious rooms impressed me, especially the enormous hotel shower. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel has convenient transport connections to the town center and offers a delicious breakfast with a wide selection. I also appreciated that it is a pet-friendly hotel, and the parking below the hotel was a big plus.

Fantastic service from the hotel staff. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and even provided a baby bed without us asking. The rooms were incredibly spacious, with a huge bathroom that was perfect for traveling with children. We were also delighted to find free parking nearby and a supermarket just around the corner. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable.

Had an amazing Christmas stay! the staff was very attentive and friendly. Loved the hot cocoa and cookies they offered at the lobby. the hotel was located near great shopping areas and restaurants. the view from my room was stunning and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

It would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room, especially after coming back from the cold.
