Great old hotel with classic charm. Wonderful location with easy access to the historic old town area. Free parking is a big plus. the staff were friendly and the breakfast was very nice. We also had a fantastic dinner in the restaurant one night. It was a short drive to the Castles, making it a perfect base for exploring the area during our Christmas stay. we were very happy with our decision to stay at this hotel.

The hotel lacked some basic amenities expected from a 4-star hotel, such as soap, shampoo, and bath gel in the rooms. the breakfast offered was also subpar for a hotel of this rating.

The location was perfect, within walking distance to cafes, bars, and even the border with Austria. It was great being able to explore the town easily without needing a car. the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including freshly cooked eggs and delicious pastries. It was a great way to start the day.

Not having a mini fridge, water boiler, or coffee machine made it inconvenient, especially for someone who enjoys having a hot beverage in the morning or keeping drinks and snacks handy. the absence of room service meant having to go down to the restaurant to order and bring up food myself, which could be inconvenient at times.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The front desk staff member was very helpful and kind, providing us with directions and maps of nearby sightseeing locations. The hotel's location right in the center of town was brilliant, just beside the pedestrian zone and close to the train station. The rooms were comfortable and clean, decorated in true Bavarian style. We especially loved the breakfast buffet, which had a lot of selection and delicious food.

This hotel was in a wonderful place with a great view of the mountains. The location was perfect, just next to the historical centre of the city where all the downtown stuff was happening. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the rooms were comfortable with basic amenities. The breakfast provided was excellent, with extra egg dishes offered.

I had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel near the pedestrian area. The standard double room was well-appointed and the vintage hand-painted furniture added a unique touch. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options for vegetarians like myself. The staff were friendly and helpful, and Bridgette even went out of her way to ensure we had a memorable experience. The proximity to Hohenzollern Castle was a huge plus. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I had a delightful stay.

I had an amazing stay at this place! The location was perfect, right in an excellent area near all of the downtown stuff. The service was top-notch, from check-in to check-out, the staff went out of their way to help our group. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, like free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also had a lovely sun terrace and garden area where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

I recently stayed at Hotel Hirsch for a couple of nights and it was a fantastic experience. The evening meals at the hotel's restaurant were delicious, and the service was impeccable. The room, although small, was in great condition, and the shower room was finished to a high standard. The big and comfortable double bed in the lovely big bedroom made for a pleasant night's sleep. The modern bathroom with its walk-in shower was spacious and equipped with high-quality appliances.

Totally recommend this hotel.

The value for money at Hirsch was excellent, with a large, spotless room and thoughtful amenities like bottled water and Gummy Bears. The location was perfect, close to transportation and within walking distance of Neuschwanstein Schloss. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even allowing me to check in early.

The food for breakfast could be improved with more variety and options.

Nothing could have been better.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything. Despite being on a lively street, I had no trouble sleeping at all. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going out of their way to make sure I had a great experience. Plus, I loved the room amenities like the free wi-fi, mini-bar, and in-room safe.

Nothing not to love.

Great continental breakfast with extra egg dishes. Big room and awesome dinner available in the dining room. Employees were courteous and helpful, especially Selma at the front desk who went above and beyond to help us with hiking information. Convenient location for both the city and the castle.

Felt most welcome, no complaints.
