We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect as it was just outside of the main tourist sites such as Marienplatz, but still very close to everything. We were able to easily find it from the main train station, which was a huge plus. The hotel facilities were clean, modern, and well-appointed, providing excellent value for the price. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast provided was great and the room itself was very comfortable with the added bonus of having AC, which is quite rare in this city.

The hotel's location near the central train station and within walking distance to most attractions was incredibly convenient. Additionally, being so close to the U-Bahn station made exploring the city a breeze. However, it is important to note that the hotel is situated in a red light district with numerous strip clubs around, which may not suit everyone's preferences.

The lack of air conditioning in the standard business room made my stay uncomfortable and stuffy at night.

The shower in our room was one of the best we've experienced in any hotel. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to all the main attractions. The breakfast had a great variety of choices and the staff were always willing to help. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

As vegetarians and vegans, we loved the wide variety of breakfast options, including a low-calorie buffet and delicious homemade breads and pastries. The location was perfect, just a short 10-minute walk to the city center. The hotel street also had small shops that stay open late, which was convenient for us. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet. a great stay for business travel.

Our stay at Hotel Demas City was absolutely great. We came to see the Christmas market and for this purpose, it was perfect. The beds were very comfortable, and the location was very central. The room was very clean, albeit a bit small for a family. The breakfast was very good, with excellent coffee. The staff was kind and helpful, and we appreciated the option to borrow a water boiling machine for a small fee.

I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great Complementary Services and Convenient Location. I recently spent Thanksgiving at a hotel and had a fantastic time! the hotel's location was also very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. the bed was comfortable and the room was spotless, making for a great night's sleep.

Noise and a Lack of Amenities. I would have appreciated having a mini fridge in my room for personal use.

Stayed at Demas City for four days of Christmas shopping. All our needs were met, from location to breakfast and comfort. Very pleasant staff. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Munich next year.

We got great value for our money at Demas City. The room was clean and sufficient for our needs. The hotel's location was perfect, close to the train station and city center. The staff treated us like family, with Sam at the front desk being particularly charming and hilarious. It felt like home.

We loved the central location, just a short walk to Karlplatz and Marienplatz. The neighborhood had a vibrant ethnic atmosphere, with great Middle Eastern/Mediterranean eateries nearby. The hotel had quiet and comfortable rooms, as well as a convenient parking garage.

Felt like our own home, nothing to complain about.
