The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety of delicious food options. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, as it was within walking distance of all the attractions. The secure parking was a bonus too. Although there were a couple of minor improvements that could be made, overall I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Everything is what i need and want.

this hotel in trier exceeded my expectations. the modern and clean room had plenty of space for me, my partner, and our dog. the staff were attentive and allowed our dog in the restaurant. delicious self-service breakfast too. wish we could have stayed longer in this pretty town!

Convenient location near shopping center. Clean, modern, spacious room. Good breakfast selection including bacon and eggs. Pleasant staff. Great facilities for families with young kids.

The location was central and convenient, making it easy to explore the historical sites on foot. The breakfast buffet offered a delicious variety of both meat and vegetarian options. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. Parking was excellent once construction was completed.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, just a short walk away from the pedestrian zone and the old center. We had a comfortable room with a clean and well-equipped en-suite. The staff was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including hot food, and the garden terrace was a pleasant spot to relax.

The bathroom's sink had a slight issue with the water tap, which was a minor detail that did not affect our overall excellent experience.

We stayed during a city break and enjoyed the delicious food, especially the vegetarian options. the "green housekeeping" initiative was a great touch and we appreciated the effort to be eco-conscious. the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

It would have been helpful to have been informed of this in advance. the conference room was small and we were unable to open a window.
