The location was great, within walking distance of my workplace. the staff was friendly and the room was clean. the TV remote was missing and the phone was disconnected.

The steam bath in the SPA was not working and the hotel staff couldn't fix it. They also tried to overcharge us for breakfast and it took a long time for the error to be acknowledged.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a modern hotel in a quiet residential area. It is conveniently located, just a short distance from the city center of Frankfurt. The room was even more beautiful than the pictures, with a separate bathroom and toilette, small hooks to hang towels, and a hairdryer. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was friendly. The wellness facilities were also a nice addition to my stay.

The Wi-Fi was a bit annoying as I had to log in every time I returned to my room.

The views of Frankfurt's skyline from the top floor gym were breathtaking. The competent, friendly, and helpful staff made me feel welcome and at home throughout my stay. I also enjoyed dining at the Italian restaurant next door, L'Unico, which was a winner. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, comfortable rooms, and attentive staff.
