We were amazed by the beautiful design and attention to detail at this boutique hotel in the heart of the stunning venetian harbour. The large and beautifully designed suites provided the perfect space for our young family. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome right from the start. The hotel also had excellent facilities, including a hot tub and spa with gorgeous views. our stay here was nothing short of amazing, and we can't wait to come back.

The hotel is conveniently located on a raised platform right by the harbor, offering stunning views of the sea. The room was comfortable and well kept, with large windows that provided plenty of natural light. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast at the nearby restaurant was delicious, offering a variety of options to choose from.

It can be a bit challenging for people with mobility issues due to the one step onto the raised platform.

We had the most incredible time staying at Ambassadors Residence Boutique. The room was absolutely stunning, overlooking the beautiful harbor of Chania. The location was ideal, with amazing food options just a short walk away. The guide provided in the room was such a thoughtful touch. The staff, especially Nicholas and Angie, were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to come back again!

The included breakfast was mind-blowing, served at a nearby café with a super view. The location is jaw-dropping, right in the heart of the old harbor, close to everything. The staff were super friendly and offered a free room upgrade. Perfect accommodation!

During our Christmas stay, we were delighted with the complimentary guidebook to the local area and the free access to the spa. the hotel's location was spot on, within walking distance of a variety of restaurants and attractions. the room we stayed in was a cozy, comfortable refuge from the chilly winter weather.

The parking situation was quite difficult, causing us to spend several hours trying to find a spot each day. the hotel's staff could have provided more detailed and accurate information regarding parking options in the area.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations in every possible aspect. From the moment I arrived, I felt pampered and indulged. the service was immaculate, and the massage treatments were simply exquisite. the luxurious amenities in my room made me feel like royalty, such as the amazing in-room breakfast, private facilities, and the breathtaking view from the sun terrace.

Although earplugs were provided by the hotel, they did not seem to work well enough to completely cancel out the noisy sounds that came from outside.
