This hotel is perfect for those who want a central location without the noise and crowds. It is tucked away in a quiet area, just a couple of blocks from the restaurants, nightlife, and the water. The rooms are fresh and spotless, with big and comfortable beds, a good shower, and a table-sized fridge. The hotel also offers two doors, one leading to the garden and pool, and another directly to the street. The location is truly perfect, right in the center of the city.

The location was perfect, just blocks away from the harbor with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering guidance on local attractions and restaurant recommendations. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with daily cleaning service. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and amenities like a kettle, coffee machine, refrigerator, and slippers were provided. The neighborhood felt safe, with a secure iron gate entry. The hosts made us feel like we were staying with friends.

The attention to detail was evident, from the perfectly positioned electrical sockets to the modern and efficient air conditioning. The small bathroom was not an issue as it had all the necessary amenities. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience, being friendly, helpful, and responsive to any queries. this hotel offers great value for money and I highly recommend it.

There is really nothing that needs improvement - everything was perfect.

Perfect location in the heart of old town, close to venetian harbour. Incredibly accommodating owners. Pool and roof terrace offer a wonderful bonus. Property is faultless and one of the best hotels ever stayed in. Rooms cleaned daily, with minibar and Nespresso machine.

During our New Year's stay, we really enjoyed the comfortable and quiet room with the best pillow ever. the staff was also very friendly, accommodating, and gave us clear check-in instructions. the location was perfect, really close to the heart of the city, but still away from the noise and crowds of the city center. the fact that there was a rooftop terrace was a great bonus since we were able to enjoy our morning coffee there and relax.

The bathroom could be improved as it had a tendency to get wet after use. there was a little chipping of the brick around the bed area, which did create some dust, but it was not very noticeable.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the city center but still very quiet. It is situated in the heart of the old town, right next to the Venetian harbor. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with big beds and a good shower. The hosts are friendly and accommodating, making check-in simple and providing helpful instructions. The hotel also offers a lovely little pool on the pretty patio and a roof terrace, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or a cooling dip.

The only slight downside is the upload speed of the internet, but this is a common issue in many properties and doesn't detract from the overall experience.

Excellent location near the Old Venetian Port, within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and the harbor. Owners are extremely helpful and friendly, always willing and available to assist. Parking available with reservation, which is very helpful in the middle of the old town. Immaculate, clean, and beautiful rooms. Peaceful and quiet atmosphere despite being in the middle of the old town. Air conditioning works great, a relief after staying in other places. Nice Roman bath for refreshing after a hot summer day.
